Job Description

1, participate in the product project feasibility research, participate in the system design;

2. The proposed structural design scheme can consider the selection of key components of structural materials in the early stage of stacking, the cost, quality, producibility of the whole machine, and the influence of peripheral components of the structure on the hardware of the product;

3. Tablet/notebook computer structure stacking, ID structure realizability, accurate mold investment risk assessment, failure analysis, tolerance analysis, and solve the problems in the processing, assembly and testing of product structural parts;

4. Follow up customer stacking adjustment, ID/MD review, problem point collection, sorting, assisting in solving and providing design guidance services.

 

Job Requirements

1, familiar with the AutoCad, Proe and other design software for structural design;

2, familiar with the tablet/notebook computer motherboard commonly used components, structural materials, molds, processing technology;

3, familiar with industry testing standards, from development to mass production of the entire development process; follow-up tracking and improvement of products, dealing with structural design problems, etc.; And can independently solve the bad problems of product assembly on the production line, etc;

4. At least 3 years working experience in tablet/notebook computer structure design, familiar with tablet/notebook computer product development process and quality requirements;

5. Cheerful personality, practical work, active work, good communication skills and team spirit, strong organizational skills.
